UPDATE ON COVID-19 ACTIONS  

To Our Dear Clients,

Many of you have become like family, we hope you take this time to take care of yourselves and your loved ones. We will be eagerly awaiting your return once we have all done our part to flatten the curve of the spread of the virus. While we cannot take in-person appointments at this time, you may still shop our pieces online at Diabolikill.com and we will always be available to you via email. As a small independent business, we really appreciate your continued support and patience during these unprecedented times. 

We are closely monitoring the developing COVID-19 pandemic and to due to the New York State stay at home order, we are working remotely and have had to temporary close our jewelry workshop until further notice from the government authorities as to when they will lift this restriction. As a result, we are temporarily experiencing limited availability and delays in the processing and shipping of your orders. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We will do everything we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We will continue to keep you updated here.

Will Diaboli Kill Jewelry be shipping during the COVID-19 quarantine?
We are currently still able to ship items that are "IN-STOCK" as long as we still have access to FED EX and USPS. We are doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that your orders may be subject to delay in processing and shipping times. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited.

When can I expect my Made-To-Order item to be shipped?
Items that are "MADE-TO-ORDER" are unfortunately currently delayed until we are able to open our workshop again (we hope within a few weeks). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.


How can I check if an item is in stock and ready to ship? 
We updated our website to indicate what items are in stock. If the item is in stock, an indicator will appear above the "ADD TO CART" button showing the number of pieces available (see image below circled in blue). Be sure to select your correct size first to determine if we have your size in stock. In-stock items will ship in approximately 5 business days, but please keep in mind that shipping times on your orders may be subject to delay beyond our control.

If we don't have the item in stock, then it will be made to order once the order has been placed. However due to COVID-19, our estimated production times for made to order items are currently "TO BE DETERMINED" due to the temporary closing of our workshop. We will continue to keep you updated here.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION (TEMPORARILY SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO COVID-19)

  • FED EX (Recommended): Items shipped via FED EX Priority with insured shipping are subject to additional shipping fees based on shipping destination and insurance coverage. Average delivery is 1-2 business days for US address. International address 3-4 business days. Shipment includes tracking updates. Insurance coverage amount is subject to eligibility. Once packages have been shipped with the mailing service provider, we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances. 
  • USPS (Complimentary): Items will be mailed complimentary with USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery is 2-3 business days for US address. International address 6-10 business days. Shipment includes tracking updates. Insurance coverage amount is subject to eligibility. Once packages have been shipped with the mailing service provider, we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances
  • Expert Shipping for High-Value Jewelry: International shipping with insurance for high value items can be purchased separately. Please contact us for more details. Countries are subject to eligibility.
  • All packages require a signature confirmation: Someone must be physically present to sign for the package upon delivery. You may choose to have your items mailed without signature, however, by doing so the shipment will not be eligible for shipping insurance and Diaboli Kill Jewelry by Angie Marei will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • Billing and Shipping Addresses Must Match: Please note for security reasons we can only ship to customer's billing address. Therefore, upon checkout, the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If they are two different addresses, then we will contact you to request a copy of a government issued photo identification, proof of address, as well as a photo of the credit card that was used to make the purchase. 

  • Complimentary Gift Wrapping and Discreet Shipping: All orders are complimentary gift wrapped in our beautiful signature packaging. Packages will be double-boxed and shipped discreetly in unbranded packaging. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Do you ship to my country? We ship often to many countries worldwide, please email us if you should have questions regarding shipping to your country. Please note that each country is subject to their own shipping rules and restrictions, therefore, it is the purchaser's responsibility to review their own country's shipping rules and restrictions on precious metals and gemstones. If you have any questions at all, we are happy to help.
  • Expert Shipping for High-Value Jewelry: International shipping with insurance for high value items can be purchased separately. Please contact us for more details. Countries are subject to eligibility.
  • Customs: Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note that on some occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages for whatever reason they deem necessary. Any delays or seizing of packages by customs are completely beyond our control and Diaboli Kill Jewelry by Angie Marei may not be held responsible.
  • International Tax & Duties: Diaboli Kill Jewelry by Angie Marei does not collect duty tax from international orders. The duty and tax are set individually by each country's custom authorities, therefore we cannot determine what the amount of the tax is. Duty and tax fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
