Prices of items are subject to change on our website at any time without prior notice.  

SALES TAX

• New York residents will be charged 8.875% sales tax.
• All other US states are subject to their own taxes. 
• International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties.  

PAYMENT & SECURITY

• All prices shown in US Dollars.
• We are partnered with First Data payment gateway and accept the following methods of payment: PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
• For security reasons and to avoid fraudulent purchases, we will not charge credit/debit cards until we contact the credit card company and verify the
cardholder's address and information. We will only approve authorization to the credit/debit card after this verification. You will then receive an email that your purchase was approved. 
• We may need to contact you directly and ask for further verification, so please provide us with your telephone number in the checkout process.
• We have the right to decline any purchases that we believe may be suspicious or fraudulent.
• Billing address and shipping address must match.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days from confirmation of dispatch to claim insurance on the item. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch. If an item has arrived to your or recipient damaged, please contact us immediately and include a picture of the item showing the damage along with an email explaining the situation. We require the item to be returned to us within 10 business days from date recieved in the same condition it was recieved. Once we receive the item, we will then replace your item free of charge.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
• the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
• the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
• the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
• the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
• the item was authorized to be sent without tracking or without insurance.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Most of our items are made to order and all sales are final. Therefore we will only accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
• Returns and exchanges must first receive pre-approval, please email us at info@diabolikill.com
• Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Diaboli Kill attempts to be as accurate as possible by disclosing measurements and size as accurately as possible.
• Please make sure to verify your ring size before ordering. You can use our SIZING CHART to determine your size.
