• Please note for security reasons we can only ship to customer's billing address. Billing and shipping addresses must match.
• Customer is responsible for purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is not included but may be purchased separately. Please contact us for pricing and more information.
• The majority of our products are made to order so please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated production time. 
• Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after production completion.
• Delivery of your order will depend on your chosen shipping method.
• We ship via United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be provided to you by email notification.
• Signature may be required upon receipt. If you do not receive the product within the estimated date of delivery please contact us immediately.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship to almost every country. Customs restrictions and fees may apply. 
• $50 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. 
• We ship internationally via United States Postal Service. Tracking number will be provided to you by email notification.
• Please note that additional shipping, duties, and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. On some occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
• shipping insurance was not purchased additionally.
• the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
• the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
• the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
• the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
• the item was authorized to be sent without tracking or without insurance.
